Our Process

1. Consultation: Initiated with the APPA Advisors Program Manager for a preliminary discussion. 
2. Scope Development: A structured interview defines the scope of work and service needs. 
3. Team Selection: A Senior Advisor or team is proposed based on the institution’s profile—subject to client approval. 
4. Proposal & Agreement: A clear outline of the process, timeline, deliverables, and cost is provided for final sign-off. 

Who We Are

APPA Advisors includes a deep pool of Senior Advisors and Advisors: 

• Senior Advisors are retired or active executives with extensive experience at the director, AVP, or VP level, often with prior service in APPA’s Facilities Management Evaluation Program (FMEP). 
• Advisors are accomplished professionals actively working in higher education, recognized for their subject matter expertise and professional contributions. 

Each engagement team is led by a Senior Advisor Team Leader, who oversees communication, planning, the review process, and delivery of results.
